This page describes what we collect when you use rlcraft and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information—email, national ID number, payment method details—during account opening and verification. • Payment informationBank account or e-wallet details (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet account numbers). We do not store full bank card numbers; instead, we retain a token that your bank provides to authenticate future transactions.
• Activity dataRecords of every bet, wager, deposit, and withdrawal. This includes the date, time, amount, game type (sportsbook, live-dealer, slot, esports), and outcome. We also log your account login times and IP addresses for security audits.

We use third-party service providers to process certain functions:

Portability: We provide your account activity history (deposits, bets, outcomes) in a machine-readable format (CSV) upon request.

We do not charge for data requests. Processing may take 15–30 business days depending on the scope of your request.

Cookies, Tracking, and Jurisdiction Notice

We use session tokens (not persistent cookies) to keep you logged in during your rlcraft session. These tokens expire when you close the app or browser. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or analytics cookies that follow you across the web.
